Dear Devotees, Friends, Godbrothers and Godsisters,
We wish to invite you to the Disappearance Day Festival of our beloved spiritual master Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja.
We will be spending three days here in the community of New Braj, glorifying and remembering his life and teachings.
On Saturday the 17th there will be a simple morning program. Then during the day we will prepare by decorating and cooking all of Srila Gurudeva’s favorite preparations. In the afternoon we will go on a small parikrama of the property, remembering different experiences we had with Him. In the evening we’ll all come together and have bhajans and different devotees can share from their hearts. On this night we will be showing some wonderful never before seen footage of Srila Gurudeva.
Sunday the 18th will be a full day of hearing, chanting, remembering and cooking. There will be a full morning program followed by gurupuja at Srila Gurudeva’s puspa samadhi and in the afternoon we will again come to do kirtan and harikatha. All day will be spent glorifying and remembering our beloved Srila Gurudeva.
On Monday the 19th there will be an afternoon program at the house of Govindarupini didi and Bankibihari prabhu in Visalia.
Please come and join us in this festival of remembrance and separation. Let us know if you can come and if you need accommodation. It will be cold so bring warm clothes and bedding.
All glories to Srila Gurudeva and our merciful Parampara.

Dandavats to all devotee — A brief report about New Braja,
I had reservations about attending. The long drive, the lack of devotees that may attend, and so many other reasons. But Sad-bhuja, Madhavi, Jahnava, Kanhaiya climbed in the van and went.
It turned out to be another extraordinary festival in New Braja. With so many devotees indeed showing up for the three days, it turned out the Parikrama around New Braj was ecstatically led by Kisori Mohan and others. The next day the pushpanli started with Kisori Mohan and Sudevi emcing the offerings. Some great stories came out with a lot of laughter and an ocean of tears
and the presence of Srila Gurudeva was felt more than anything. I remember very clearly that after the samadhi had finished in Nabadvipa, a picture was put of Gurudeva. It was Srila Gurudeva sitting on the grass in New Braja! So I am sure other festivals throughout the world were sublime and wonderful, but somehow as one devotee said, “This is the best festival and would not have wanted to be anyplace else in the world.” Jaya Srila Gurudeva!
